Jody McRainey Director of Support Services

Jody McRainey joined BCHF in 2007 as its very first Director of Support Services. She has built a department that provides support services to 53 tax credit and HUD buildings in five states and manages a staff of 24 Service Coordinators. Ms. McRainey is responsible for writing the support service plans for all of the BCHF tax credit applications, as well as reaching out to local service providers for support. Ms. McRainey is also responsible for writing grants for programming that support the residents and enhance their lives. Ms. McRainey has over 14 years of experience in the supportive services field, as she was the former Tax Credit Services Manager for National Church Residences for eight years where she won numerous awards including in 2005, the Excellence in Supportive Services award and the Outstanding Service and Leadership award. In 2006, she won the American Association of Service Coordinator’s Award of Excellence for Honoring and Creating Understanding of Cultural Diversity. In 2013, she won Ohio Capital Corporation for Housing’s Award of Excellence in Service Coordination. She has a B.S. in journalism from Ohio University and an Associate Degree in Gerontology.

Alisa Regensburger Senior Service Coordinator Northeast Ohio Region

Alisa Regensburger has over 15 years of experience with non-profit organizations. With an extensive background in Service Coordination, she provides quality assurance and outcome measurement for our housing properties. She has a B.S. in Education and a Master of Arts in Gerontology from Kent State University.

Debbie Turner Senior Service Coordinator Southeast Ohio Region

Debbie Turner has been a Service Coordinator since the turn of the century. Prior to becoming a Service Coordinator, she worked in the mental health field for over nineteen years as a Day Treatment Specialist. She holds a BA from West Liberty State College.
