Jody McRainey joined BCHF in 2007 as its very first Director of Support Services. She has built a department that provides support services to 85 tax credit and HUD buildings in five states and manages a staff of 51 support service personnel. Ms. McRainey is responsible for writing the support service plans for all of the BCHF tax credit applications, as well as coordinating community outreach during the rehabilitation of complexes. Ms. McRainey is also responsible for writing grants for programming that support the residents and enhance their lives. Ms. McRainey has over 23 years of experience in the supportive services field, as she was the former Tax Credit Services Manager for National Church Residences for eight years. She has a B.S. in journalism from Ohio University and an Associate Degree in Gerontology.
Alisa Regensburger has over 15 years of experience with non-profit organizations. With an extensive background in Service Coordination, she provides quality assurance and outcome measurement for our housing properties. She has a B.S. in Education and a Master of Arts in Gerontology from Kent State University.
Ms. Boone joined the Department of Support Services at Buckeye Community Hope Foundation in 2012. Her current responsibilities include providing administrative assistance to the department in a variety of ways. She assists with tax credit and other funding applications ; helps manage HUD Service Coordinator grants, as well as a multitude of clerical tasks which support staff in the field and ensures the department is able to work effectively as a whole.
